• Filing state incorporation documents

• Writing initial bylaws, resolutions, and policies necessary to start the corporation

• Providing advice on selecting a third-party to use in measuring the corporation’s impact (if required by state law) and preparing an impact statement

• Assisting you to obtain an Employer Identification Number (EIN)

• Qualifying the benefit corporation to do business in your state of operation (if different from your state of incorporation)

For Limited Liability Companies (LLCs)

• Filing state formation documents

• Preparing an operating agreement, including provisions regarding the company’s commitment to social impact

• Writing initial resolutions and policies necessary to get the company started

• Assisting you to obtain an Employer Identification Number (EIN)

• Qualifying the LLC to do business in your state of operation (if different from your state of incorporation)

 

We perform these services for a flat fee, inclusive of state and federal filing fees.
